MRP Lets Barry Hall Off?

Barry Hall is free to play in Round Ten after the Match Review Panel downgraded his rough play charge to misconduct. It's quite staggering really (good news for most DTers) but here's an article on the MRP's surprising show of sympathy towards Hall.
